The system date is the default date used for all transactions within the system. This is usually the current system date from your workstation.
If for some reason the date is wrong or a previous or future date transaction needs to be referenced, the Change Date option will allow the system date to be changed for your Net•Yield login session only. It does not affect the system date for your workstation or server or the date for other Net•Yield users.
WARNING: If the system date needs to be changed to a prior date, make sure to change it back to the correct current date when you are done. You can use the Change Date option again to do so or completely logoff Net•Yield and then log back in and Net•Yield will use the current date.
